<p class="x_MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:'arial' , sans-serif">Malgré le désespoir qui anime la grande</span> majorité des Haïtiennes et des Haïtiens et l’incrédulité des pays dits amis d’Haïti, l’objectif d’une Haïti nouvelle
demeure réalisable si Haïti réussit à retrouver son chemin, celui de la stabilité politique, de la raison soutenue par un certain pragmatisme, un patriotisme non démagogique, une responsabilité citoyenne et étatique à tous les niveaux de l’organisation sociale,
un engagement réel envers le bien commun et l’intérêt général.</p>

Voilà donc réaffirmé en des termes plus perspectifs le travail énorme qu’a accompli le GRAHN, avec des moyens très réduits, depuis sa création en 2010. Le présent</span>
Rapport triennal, qui couvre la période allant du 1er
janvier 2019 au 31 décembre 2021, se veut un condensé des actions vigoureuses et porteuses d’espoir que le groupe a menées sans relâche, malgré une conjoncture sociopolitique qui a amené plusieurs personnes à
jeter l’éponge, à renoncer au combat considéré comme déjà perdu, à désespérer du pays qui semble ne plus avoir d’avenir, à croire même que le pays pourra disparaître. Tout en comprenant le pessimisme de ces compatriotes, le GRAHN ne partage pas ce défaitisme
