<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt">J’avais une rencontre de prévue avec Pr Tousignant pour discuter des suites de votre proposition, mais un imprévu est venu annuler la rencontre. J’ai rencontré le Bureau de responsabilité sociale et j’ai mieux
compris leur rôle et mission. J’ai compris que pour les partenariats il faut davantage discuter avec le CIDIS, USMonde et USherbrooke International. Je vous tiens au courant des résultats au moment opportun.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt">Pour les besoins en inhalothérapeute, vous mentionnez la formation d’infirmière. Toutefois, je réalise qu’au Québec, avant que la profession d’inhalothérapeute n’existe, c’était les physiothérapeutes qui oeuvraient
dans ce domaine. En fait, pour être accrédité, une exigence mondiale est d’obtenir une proportion importante des heures de stages en cardiorespiratoire. Il serait donc plausible d’offrir une formation de 2<sup>e</sup> cycles aux physiothérapeutes haïtiens
dans ce domaine à l’ISTEAH. Nous avons une professeure à l’École de réadaptation qui a ce domaine comme créneau et qui a œuvré longuement sur le terrain avant de devenir professeure…compétence acquise. Voilà une autre avenue plausible pour répondre aux besoins
des Haïtiens. Cela pourrait être un premier point de départ pour une formation 2<sup>e</sup> cycles en santé cardiorespiratoire donné à l’ISTEAH et ouvert aux professionnels de la santé licenciés.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt">Entre temps je lis Construction d’une Haïti nouvelle, et je considère que cela devrait être un textbook pour tous les lycéens haïtiens! Impressionnant cette œuvre produite dans un temps record. Je vous félicite.
