la professeure Fania Ogé-Victorin est arrivée à l’une des
universités publiques
en région d’Haïti pour donner un cours de gestion des ressources
humaines et a
remarqué une certaine excitation dans l’air. Elle a supposé
qu’un événement
social en était la cause, mais elle s’est rapidement rendu
compte que les
étudiantes et étudiants, au nombre d’environ 150, réclamaient la
chance
d’entendre sa conférence. Mme Ogé-Victorin raconte son
expérience en
pleurant : « En Haïti, il y a tellement de jeunes qui veulent
une
formation. Ils veulent apprendre, mais il n’y a pas de
professeurs [et
professeures] pour leur enseigner. Depuis ce jour, je me
consacre Ã
l’enseignement de ces jeunes. C’est ma passion. »</span></p>
